How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your data protection rights, please contact us using one of the methods below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A clear description of your request and which right(s) you wish to exercise
  • Any relevant details that will help us locate your data (e.g., email address used for contact, approximate date of interaction)
  • Proof of identity (to protect your data from unauthorized access)

Response Time and Process

We take your data rights seriously and will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. In some cases, we may need to extend this period by an additional two months if your request is complex. We will inform you of any such extension and explain the reasons for the delay.

Please note: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we're protecting your data from unauthorized access. We may also ask for additional information to help us locate your data in our systems.

In most cases, exercising your rights is free of charge. However, if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly or have not responded adequately to your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Malaysia, you can contact:
